Develop your French skills through a personalized live session tailored to your learning goals. Sessions may focus on conversation, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, culture, or specific areas where you would like additional support. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced learner, each session is adapted to your level, needs, and objectives.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Thank you for booking a live language session with PDA Global Institute. To help us provide a smooth and professional learning experience, please review the following guidelines. Clients may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund or credit. Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, the session will normally end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not affected. A client who does not attend the session and does not provide notice may be considered a no-show. If PDA Global Institute needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be offered another available time or, where applicable, a refund. For online sessions, clients are encouraged to check their internet connection, microphone, camera, and meeting access before the scheduled start time. If a technical issue occurs, please communicate with us as soon as possible so that an appropriate solution can be determined. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this booking policy.
